Jeanne Fourastier joined AGN Avocats in 2020 to take charge of the Family Law Department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, with a particular focus on developing the Inheritance and Matrimonial Property Settlement Department.
Her practice covers all aspects of family law, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation. She is equally at home advising individuals on separation and negotiating between former partners, as she is devising litigation strategies.

After obtaining her law degree from the Lyon Law School, she joined the Limoges Bar in 2020.
After studying in Bordeaux and abroad (United Kingdom, Canada), she holds a Master’s degree in European and International Law and a certificate in English Law. She was also a finalist in an international competition in humanitarian law (Pictet).
Jeanne Fourastier is fluent in French and English, which allows her to work with English-speaking individuals on a daily basis in her areas of expertise.

Before joining AGN Avocats Limoges, Jeanne trained at several courts in Grenoble and Martinique, law firms, and AGN Avocats Paris. Jeanne Fourastier regularly attends training courses in Paris on inheritance law and the liquidation of matrimonial property regimes in order to best serve her clients.
