Marc Timmermans

Marc Timmermans provides daily support to business leaders (microbusinesses, SMEs, and large accounts) in matters of business law and taxation. Thanks to his fluency in English and strong international focus, he provides both advisory and litigation services. His multidisciplinary approach, enriched by solid accounting and management skills, enables him to offer legal solutions tailored to his clients’ strategic and financial challenges.

Marc Timmermans holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation (DJCE) from the Faculty of Montpellier, as well as a Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management (DSCG) from the University of Montpellier. This combination of degrees, rare in the legal field, gives him in-depth expertise in financial, accounting, and tax matters, which he puts to good use in his daily work with the business leaders and professionals he advises.

With over 10 years of experience, Marc Timmermans began his career as a corporate lawyer at VINCI ENERGIES, where he worked for two years. He then gained international experience in business law by working for a year at a law firm in Amsterdam, followed by a year in the tax department of the FIDAL law firm in Paris. After working as an associate for four years at AGN AVOCATS Paris, Marc Timmermans returned to his hometown to join AGN AVOCATS MONTPELLIER as a partner. Marc Timmermans continues to develop a strongly international-oriented practice, advising and representing clients in France and abroad.
