Paul Fourastier

With over fifteen years of experience, Paul Fourastier has expertise in labor law and social security, with a particular focus on complex reorganizations and labor law issues in mergers and acquisitions. 

His expertise enables him to effectively support companies in their restructuring projects, ensuring legal compliance and optimizing transition processes. 

Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of legal and human issues, he is able to offer solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client. 

Paul Fourastier was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008.

He holds a Master’s degree in business law and corporate taxation from the Faculty of Law of Aix-en-Provence, as well as an LLM in international commercial law from the University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom.

Paul Fourastier is fluent in French and English, which enables him to work on a daily basis in international legal environments.

Paul spent nearly ten years working in the employment law team at Baker & McKenzie. 

He then joined AGN Avocats shortly after its creation, in order to actively contribute to the development of the AGN Network on a national scale. 

Paul offers his French and foreign clients both his legal expertise and his entrepreneurial experience. In this capacity, he assists numerous companies in all areas of labor law, providing his clients with ongoing support, from preliminary advice to defending their interests in litigation, in both individual and collective relations.
