Simon Vandeweeghe

With fifteen years of experience, Simon Vandeweeghe has expertise in business litigation and real estate/construction/insurance litigation.

His expertise enables him to identify the issues and risks facing his clients (both businesses and individuals) and to provide them with effective support in reaching an amicable or judicial solution.

Simon Vandeweeghe was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010.

He holds a Master 2 in International Trade Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and a Master’s degree in European Business Law from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.

Simon Vandeweeghe is fluent in French and English, which enables him to work on a daily basis in international legal environments.

Simon Vandeweeghe practiced for five years in business litigation/arbitration and real estate litigation in international law firms in Paris, then spent seven years working for insurance companies and their policyholders in real estate/construction/accident litigation. 

He then joined AGN Avocats Paris to actively contribute to the development of the AGN network on a national scale. 

Simon Vandeweeghe offers his French and foreign clients both his legal expertise and his entrepreneurial experience. 

Simon Vandeweeghe defends his clients’ interests from the pre-litigation phase through to the amicable or judicial resolution of their disputes.
