What is the role of a property solicitor for private individuals?
Contrary to popular belief, the primary role of a property solicitor is not to litigate, but to advise their client on their rights and options.

How can individuals consult a property solicitor?
You can make an appointment with a property solicitor directly on our website, or by telephone on 09 72 34 24 72 (cost of a local call), Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm.
A solicitor will then meet with you at one of our offices or via videoconference as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours).
How much does a property solicitor cost for private individuals?
The fee for the first appointment is €75 including VAT for individuals. At the end of this appointment, the solicitor who met with you may offer you additional support. Transparency in our fees is an essential rule. Like all service providers, we inform you of our rates before any commitment is made, and all our rates are fixed. Each lawyer who is a member of the AGN Avocats network is committed to the principle of transparency in fees and to providing a fee agreement before any services are provided.
You are, of course, free to accept or refuse the fee agreement offered to you.
